About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of ERP solutions, is seeking a talented Japanese Speaking Project Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage ERP implementation projects and work with a diverse, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee ERP solution projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify and address project risks and issues promptly.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, particularly with ERP solutions.
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken), requires JLPTN2 or above.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
