Responsibilities:
- Full set of handling general administration.
- Coordination and communication with the accounting department.
- Japanese interpretation for sales activities with the sales department. (1time / week)
- Reporting to the Japanese MD, future communication with the head office in Japan will also be included.
- Set up workflow, KPI, and company organization with Japanese MD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in business administration, languages, or a related field.
- Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is essential, with a strong grasp of English for translation purposes.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a multinational environment or with Japanese clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in general affairs is preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is an advantage.
- Experience in the new-set-up company is an advantage.
