Our client is international exporter beauty and health products. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full set of activities (AP/AR, GL Transaction reconciliation, Fixed assets, Taxation)
- Prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial statements, Profit and loss reports and analysis of results.
- Design, develop, and implement an accounting system tailored to our small business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Create a comprehensive chart of accounts that accurately reflects our business activities, facilitating clear financial tracking and reporting.
- Establish standardized financial procedures for transactions, expense reporting, invoicing, and financial record maintenance.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with management to create and monitor budgets, providing insights to optimize resource allocation and financial decision-making.
- Generate regular financial statements, performance reports, and cash flow projections to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations by preparing and submitting accurate tax returns, including VAT and income tax.
- Prepare documentation and financial records for annual audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Train and guide team members on financial policies, procedures, and software usage to ensure consistent and accurate financial practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English.
- Experience 5 years as an Accounting or Finance Manager, preferably within a small or medium business environment.
- Expertise in accounting software and tools.
- Have an experience in ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, spot trends, and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and propose effective solutions.
