 Our client is international exporter beauty and health products. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Bangkok.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full set of activities (AP/AR, GL Transaction reconciliation, Fixed assets, Taxation)
  • Prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial statements, Profit and loss reports and analysis of results.
  • Design, develop, and implement an accounting system tailored to our small business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Create a comprehensive chart of accounts that accurately reflects our business activities, facilitating clear financial tracking and reporting.
  • Establish standardized financial procedures for transactions, expense reporting, invoicing, and financial record maintenance.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with management to create and monitor budgets, providing insights to optimize resource allocation and financial decision-making.
  • Generate regular financial statements, performance reports, and cash flow projections to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations by preparing and submitting accurate tax returns, including VAT and income tax.
  • Prepare documentation and financial records for annual audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Train and guide team members on financial policies, procedures, and software usage to ensure consistent and accurate financial practices.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command in English.
  • Experience 5 years as an Accounting or Finance Manager, preferably within a small or medium business environment.
  • Expertise in accounting software and tools.
  • Have an experience in ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, spot trends, and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and inspire the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and propose effective solutions.
