Responsibilities:
- To assist sales in preparing quotation, and any request
- Be a contact point of sales, CS, back office
- Daily report and ensure that every data entry into in-house system
- To communicate with sales, back office, customer service team, to ensure that every process will run smoothly
- Communicate with customer via email or telephone
- Manage email sending to customer for month tariff & any update
Qualifications:
- 2 years in freight forwarding business or similar, sea freight knowledge will be advantage
- Good English communication
- Good interpersonal skill, service-minded, hard working
- Team player, flexible
