Scope of work:
- Experienced 7+ years in Sales function for industrial machines selling
- Direct experience in crushing machine, Construction aggregate is prefer.
- Strong knowledge for SEA market
- Review and analyze current market trend in business.
- Develop long term strategy for business expansion
- Identify, plan, develop and explore new business opportunity on existing and new market to achieve continuous growth
- Responsible for business development for business unit.
- Ensure distributors meet sales quota
- Train and motivate distributors on new product introductions, technical and after sales support
- Develop and implement wider and deeper sales coverage opportunities
- Assist in planning trade shows/ symposiums/ meetings across the region
