Take care of making department plan and troubleshoot molding process.

Root cause analysis and discussion with concerned departments about the quality issue improvement.

Provide suggestions to the management superior for the continued improvement activities.

Ensure performance evaluations are completed on time and they provide adequate and honest feedback on associates’ performance and include goals and/or areas of improvement needed.

Control Engineering and Technician activities and following up mold making actual for spare mold support die casting.

Control Preventive maintenance of mold.
