Responsibilities
- Supporting General Service Manager on day-to-day office operations to ensure everything is in placed (office suppliers, administrative assistance, mails, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance services, reception, etc.), plus ensuring the company costs are well managed
- Arranging travel management for management team
- Coordinating with other parties on legal, compliance and insurance matters
Requirements:
- Male & Female, aged 28 - 35 years
- Basic background in Accounting is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Office Management
