Our client, Japanese Consulting Firm Company, seeking for an experienced candidate to join as Junior / Senior (M&A);
Qualification
- Male or Female, age between 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting and Master Degree in any related filed (Top University or University in oversea is preferable)
- Direct experience in M&A Consult with Consulting Firm, Investment Bank, Security Firm at least 3-5 years.
- New graduates are also welcome
- Extensive valuation and modeling skills are required
- Experience in project management of cross-border propjects preferred
- Business Level in English (TOEIC 750+)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Exel, PowerPoint
- Research clients for M&A and Joint Venture, List up
- Analyze from financial statement and market the proposal PowerPoint for clients about finance information
- Provide professional advice on M&A, Joint Venture or fundraising to clients based in Southeast Asia
- Provide potential targets for our clients to relize their strategic objective
- Advise on negotiation terms & conditions, clients on deal structuring
- Calculation of transactional values
- Overall supoprt for cross border M&A transactions
