Service Account Manager (Packaging Machine)(Ref.TH__008645)

Salary: 80-120K

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and drive customer service department to reach customer satisfaction and service revenue targets

  • Forecasting of service revenue with executing plan for each clients

  • Monitor team productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.

  • Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders

  • Handling customers inquiry and complaint with top service senses

  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer needs and aims

  • Negotiating service terms/ contracts in the best interests of organizations and clients

  • Service Project Handling of format, modification, upgrade inquiries

  • New machines delivery planning and coordinating

  • Training plan for new and existing employees of service teams.

  • Manpower planning and coordinating to meet service commitment and business requirements

  • Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.

  • Working closely with German headquarters and other functions to reach service operational excellence

  • Reporting and Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to Management

  • Handling any other jobs as assigned

Key Qualification/ Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields

·         At least 2 years of work experience in After sales service department

·         Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record

·         Analytical, strategic skills and logical thinking with a sound understanding of commercial businesses.

·         Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering solutions.

·         Ability to translate complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs.

·         Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills.

·         Good communication and presentation skills.

·         Flexible and autonomous personality, ability to work under pressure

·         Good learning attitude

·         Independent working style, self-driven and results oriented.

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to converse with clients

·         Will be advantages: familiar with German work culture environment
