Job Description
- Manage daily HR and GA operation
- Conduct training needs survey, arrange the most suitable training course, take many forms of
- training methods and assessment methods to improve the training effectiveness and satisfaction.
- Formulate and optimize company training regulations, training system, training plan, training
- programs, and reporting timely and accurate.
- Responsible for end-to-end operation of recruitment to meet the needs of the company.
- Maintain and update documents, reports and personal data files
- Forecast budget for all HR and GA matters and create year plan.
- Arrange new employee onboard orientation, exit interview and provide feedback to management
- Coordinate with related government agency for any concerned, i.e. SSO, Labor Department,
Job Specification
- Thai nationality, age between 25 - 35 years
- Bachelor's degree of Human Resources Management or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience of training HRD working experience would be preferable
- Good English communication and computer literacy
