Job Description

  • Manage daily HR and GA operation 
  • Conduct training needs survey, arrange the most suitable training course, take many forms of 
  • training methods and assessment methods to improve the training effectiveness and satisfaction.   
  • Formulate and optimize company training regulations, training system, training plan, training 
  • programs, and reporting timely and accurate. 
  • Responsible for end-to-end operation of recruitment to meet the needs of the company. 
  • Maintain and update documents, reports and personal data files 
  • Forecast budget for all HR and GA matters and create year plan. 
  • Arrange new employee onboard orientation, exit interview and provide feedback to management 
  • Coordinate with related government agency for any concerned,  i.e. SSO, Labor Department, 

 

Job Specification 

  • Thai nationality, age between 25 - 35 years
  • Bachelor's degree of Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience of training HRD working experience would be preferable
  • Good English communication and computer literacy
