Job type: Monday-Friday, Alternative Saturdays, 08:00-17:00 hrs. (+2 hrs. OT everyday)
Responsibilities:
Lead cycle counting and physical counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Manage all transactions within the Warehouse System (WMS/ERP).
Optimize warehouse flow and layout. Oversee material receiving, kitting, and staging to support SMT/Assembly production. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Develop and manage the budget. Implement cost-control measures. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like accuracy and efficiency.
Enforce company safety and security standards, specifically regarding ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices) handling protocols required for electronics.
Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in Warehouse/Finished Goods operations.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role within a manufacturing setting (electronics/PCBA preferred).
Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Demonstrated knowledge and practice of cost control and budget management.
Strong understanding of ESD/MSD handling protocols common in PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
