Responsibilities:
- Manage cost/estimation and contract specification
- Ensure both internal and external customer, partner, subcontractor and other parties have the same SOW
- Prepare and issue the weekly/monthly progress reports
- Prepare necessary document of shop drawing, material required for customer approval
- Monitor and control subcontractor work to meet the company standard
- Ensure the projects meet schedule and approval plan
- Coordinate with relevant parties for installation
- Prepare all necessary documentation for the acceptance, handover and invoicing
- Handling for 10 projects
- Main customers are local company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- Minimum experience 5 years in project management field
- Have a basic understanding of UPS system or CRAC System
- Good command of English and working knowledge in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Ability to work under pressure with limited time frame, analytical skill, stay in long term
