Our client, a Japanese Trading company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Manager, Legal & Compliance.
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality , Age between 27 to 32 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law or relate field.
- Work Experience between 5 – 10 years with related IT business field
- Having strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, business law and labor law.
- Good communication in English (Business level).
- Having knowledge and experience in IT Business, Foreign Business and BOI would be advantage.
- Good communication in English Skill include writing, speaking and reading.
- Other competency is negotiation skill, communication skill, management skill and problem solving
Job Description:
- To review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
- To make the template of standard company agreement.
- To provide legal opinion focusing on Business law and Labor law.
- To check and ensure the company comply with law.
- To find the good way to solve various problems.
- To monitor the updated laws and regulations.
- To coordinate with external lawyer and government officials
- Other tasks as assigned.
Business: IT
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Working Location: Ploenchit area
