Job Description:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Respond for BOI and other license documents.
- Develop system to enhance compliance system.
- Support seminars and meeting related law and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with outsource legal service, revenue department and other related to corporate law matters.
Qualification:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Laws
- Experience in Legal field
- Familiar with multicultural environment
- Good command of English
