Responsibilities:
- Core responsibilities in all Accounting functions, AP, AR, Taxation, Cash Management, GL and Fixed Asset
- Run auto invoice for sales into Oracle AR module
- Match document between tax invoice, sales voucher, copy cheque and receipt voucher
- Reconcile AP AR subledger with TB at month-end closing
- Petty cash payment and updating into excel and Oracle
- Preparing Withholding Tax and VAT Report to submit to RD
- Response for Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly report and Budgeting
- Preparing document support for Law Firm, Revenue Department, Department of Business Development and Audit
Qualification:
- Male or Female, age 30-38 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an accounting function
- Good command communication in English and computer literacy
