Our Client is a company specialize in Technology equipment. Our client is looking for Secretary.
- Arrange meeting, take minutes of meeting.
- Manage all documents e.g. sale report, weekly report, monthly, yearly report and customer’s profile.
- Be a contact point and coordinator by telephone and e-mail.
- Manage office’s equipment e.g. water coolers, computers, telephone, fax machine, printer, etc.
- Manage team members’ schedule.
- Any other related and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 1 years working experience in administration or secretary.
- Good in English or Chinese.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to travel to difference locations.
- Good communications skill, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, positive attitude, service minded
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
Working hours: Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30
