Position: Sales Manager
Salary Budget: 60,000-80,000
Business: Cars Dealer
Working Hours: 8.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m. (Mon-Sat)
Working Location: Muang, Nakorn Ratchasima
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team to achieve the sales targets and KPI.
- Maintain relationship with existing and prospect customers.
- Training and development sales in the team on product knowledge, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Market and customer behavior analysis in order to create the sales strategy and promotional plan.
Qualifications:
- Obtained Bachelor Degree in any fields.
- At least 3 years experiences as a Team Lead or Manager in car dealer business, experiences in selling through online channel would be advantage.
- Great attitude, leadership and enthusiastic.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel when required.
