Responsibility:

  • Plan and implement sales/marketing strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Coach, supervise, train and lead distributors to achieve new business expansion;
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Liaison the support with Lord overseas to support or accelerate business achievement;
  • Seek new customers and generate new business opportunities on a consistent basis;
  • Monitor, analyze and maintain sales data and report them periodically;
  • Provide timely and accurate information on competitor pricing and activities and set a proactive strategy to react appropriately while striving to maintain maximum profit margins;
  • Responsible for gathering market and competitive intelligence;
  • Sales forecasting & meet inventory targets;
  • Meet or exceed the set sales performance matric;
  • Conduct product trials, recommend products, and resolve customer complaints through coordinating with internal teams;
  • Conduct Customer and Distributor Training programs.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years related experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or business related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation skills and marketing knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills.
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
