Our client is an American company specialized in Cosmetic supplies, its mother companies are in both Italy and Thailand. Thailand factory is located in Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdeang, Rayong. They are looking for high dynamic personnel which holding good attitude and strong management skill to lead and drive factory quality areas, the selected person will be directly report to an American Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for develop and implement of overall Factory Quality Systems.
- Take responsibility for update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operative and Technical instructions and to ensure all these items are collected into the Quality Manual;
- Ensures all required quality certifications (UNI EN ISO 9001, 22716) are taken care of and related requirements are properly followed;
- Promote and manage the corrective actions needed to prevent non-conformities and check their implementation
- Prepares specific quality assurance and control programs for all company processes and functions; (together with the Regulatory Office, where present) ensures that local laws and requirements are followed;
- Gives support to suppliers qualification and surveillance
- Analyze and manage customer claims
- Promote and run internal conformity check (internal audit) and inform related results;
- People management, development planning
- Archives all the needed documentation
- Authorize release/stop of the finished product
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, 35 year old and above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technical areas (ex. Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Robotics)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar role and business area (cosmetics, pharma, automation…)
- High flexibility personality in term of working areas, roles and timing
- Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, UNI EN ISO 9001, 22716
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality tools, systems and able to effectively dealing with customer’s requirement and complaints
- Proven attitude of team-work, cooperation and problem solving
- Strong leadership, management (work and manpower) skills
- Good command of English
