Job Responsibilities:
- Daily procurement tasks under company quality assurance policy for variety of goods/services category such as PM, general supply, spare part, fabrication, construction, Machinery etc.
- Liaise with users and related parties to develop and procure goods/services that satisfy their requirement.
- Negotiate with supplier in various aspects to ensure optimal benefit.
- Monitor, expedite and update delivery status.
- Claim processing and be a contract person in dispute resolution with supplier.
- To handle logistic matters including custom and BOI either inbound or outbound.
- Facilitate documentation to smooth workflow (mostly accounting document).
- Contract monitoring.
- Quality assurance documentation in purchasing field.
- Summarize and analyze data to depict purchasing performance through report form.
- Develop and implement purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Initiate and implement an idea that create a better purchasing output or workflow.
- Facilitate SAP customization in purchasing and inventory module.
- As assigned by Indirect Procurement manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in purchasing role.
- Having background in engineering business or technical product/service category will be a plus.
- Capable to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Problem solving, critical thinking and initiative with good interpersonal skill.
- Capable to work individually while maintain teamwork environment.
- Positive attitude and focused on developing a winning team.
- Capable to influence and motivate others through solid data, example and demonstration.
- Capable to handle multiple high-pressure tasks and assignments simultaneously while staying focused and responsive to commitments.
- Proficient in computer literacy (ERP is a plus).
- Good command in English Communication and Excellent in Thai language.
