Job Description:
- Meet high profitability and high customer satisfaction that come up with Quality of product.
- Managing, controlling and developing the operation and all activities concern in order to meet the customer satisfaction and company goal.
- Managing and controlling cost of production activities within quality standards and quantity specifications.
- Monitoring and support planning process first get new sales volume from client to forecast & planning issue to production including capacity of equipment, space, raw materials, manpower, as well as EOL management and LLI management.
- Leader of new project introduction relevant to the Program.
- Managing new RFQ including commercial costing, proposal and follow up with customers.
- Build up team member to being as leader, good supporter and perform their duties effectively.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering and in business administration educational.
- Above 7 years’ relative work experience in program management in healthcare industry, such as pharmaceutical, medical device company.
- Experiences on planning, human resource management, and software applications.
- Good communication and leadership.
- High level of integrity, capable to report sensitive issues to top management.
- Fluent in English.
