Our client is a leading construction materials focusing on building facade, roofing and sealant & adhesive industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing sales and profit margin of assigned construction material product for Baht 150 Million+ in annual sales target
- Work with sales manager and sales team in reaching quarterly and annual sales target
- Act as a product expert and support sales team in closing deals
- Help train sales, specification, customer service, and operations teams on product knowledge
- Work with architects, consultants, and fabricator to spec-in products and educate them about product quality and benefits
- Identify, build, and maintain, and follow-up closely on upcoming project pipelines
- Study and compile information about competitors and develop strategies to address competitive positioning
- Regularly report progress to management
- Work with internal team (purchase, operations, brand marketing) and suppliers to forecast, order, and manage appropriate stock and pricing level
- Identify marketing needs/opportunities & work with internal team to create solution-focused marketing support
Requirements:
- Age 35-45 years, male or female, Thai nationality
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Civil Engineer, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, business management from reputable schools
- At least 5-7 years experiences in product management, product marketing, or brand management for construction material
- Some prior experience in sales and project sales
- Prior experience in construction/construction material industry
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
