A Marketing Manager has a key role in developing and executing market and product strategies for SEA markets. He/she will develop and execute the marketing strategies in SEA by collaboration with the regional sales, marketing communication and initiate the marketing strategies and plans for different groups of target segmentation.
- Product Marketing
o Define and develop the market size, competition, participations by applications & product category
o Gather competitive intelligence within SEA Markets – including product information, short & long-term strategy etc
o Understand the efficiency and refrigerant regulation in all SEA countries for the next 5 years
o Coordinate with Engineering & Product Planning teams to develop and launch new products for SEA
- Marketing Strategy
o Engage with customers, respective sales teams & Asia product marketing team to identify new products /product enhancement needed for the region and develop a product portfolio & roadmap
o Coordinate with Engineering & Product Planning teams to develop and launch business leader for planning about the future product development
o Develop pricing strategy for existing and new product
o Develop product positioning & Promotion Strategy
- Business Development
o Work with sales to map the current market segments and applications, identify and develop adjacent spaces
o Work with sales development on understanding / following up on projects
o Identify local drive and controller manufacturers that can support our customers
- Other activities
o Coordinates with Sales and develop a database of various local HVAC organizations.
o Ensure local representation through the Sales Teams
o Identify specific Marcom requirements for customers, coordinates with local HK Marcom.
- Thai nationality
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Min of 8 years of experiences of B2B Sales, Product Marketing
