Responsibilities:
Maintenance Supervisor.
- Operation of Production process management and manpower control.
- Monitor the Production process (Quantity, Schedule and Improvement) which need to set or improved the conditions of CNC Machine.
- Plan & Control Production operator to ensure the smoothly of production line which need to meet quality, costing, due date and cost reduction.
- Involve for trial run process &prepare the data to support the production line such as operation standard, check sheet, quality point to ensure the smooth of production line.
- Technical supporting to local operation by training.
- Problem solving & Technical supporting to local operator.
- Control the Production activities, workplace the ensure the safety & prevent the loss
- Control all TS16949 system
Maintenance Engineer
- Support and Install Machine or setup for New Model.
- Maintenance Machine CNC Lathe Milling Grinding.
- Repair Problem Machine CNC Lathe Milling Grinding.
- Kaizen Line Production.
- Spare Part Machine CNC.
- Preventive maintenance Machine.
Qualifications:
- Male, age between 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering major in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance Management with CNC machine.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
Allowance: provided bonus 5-6 months as average
Working day: Monday to Friday (Sat once a month.)
Location: Eastern Seaboard Industrial, Rayong
