Our client is a fast growing company in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong. They are currently searching for a Maintenance Manager with the following requirements:

 

  • Report on all maintenance activities and preventative maintenance plans, daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities translated into economical, consistent, and cost effective processes.
  • Ensure that maintenance activities are effectively managed, ensuring that the plant equipment, facility, people resources, technology are utilized to maximum potential.
  • Ensure that maintenance has effective systems for planning and and managing spares.
  • Ensure that 5S is developed and maintained under maintenance areas.
  • Develop and implement all maintenance process standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement in plant maintenance and equipment performance, utilizing best practice plant KPI’s
  • Ensure technology and advanced maintenance methods are researched, developed and integrated as part of a world class maintenance model.
  • Partner with Engineering and other project stakeholders to successfully plan and implement new equipment and processes.
  • Build and drive a high performing, cross-functional team
  • Maintain and develop a team of dedicated professionals and document working knowledge of current and emerging technologies  
  • Manage the performance of the individual team members and monitor their overall performance annually
  • Provide performance coaching to direct report
  • Maintain and develop a team of dedicated professionals and document working knowledge of current and emerging technologies  

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to interpret and draft high-level reports and documents to MOM & GM. 
  • Able to meet deadlines and organise work priorities for self and the team
  • Demonstrate a flexible and “can do” attitude
  • Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support
  • Maintaining stable performance under pressure and or opposition
  • Demonstrated People Management skills
  • Able to meet deadlines plan and organise work priorities
  • Demonstrated PC Skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
