Job Description:
- Basically, working at office and sometimes go to salon to educate staff or check environment.
- Setting up salon (Support Japanese staff & Market Research & Recruiting)
- Managing staff in salon Improve Salon profit.
Requirements:
- Have experience in Service industry is Advantage
- Have ability of management (analysis of Management & Service& Promotion)
- Have interest in Health and beauty.
- Have a positive and challenging thinking.
- Experience in New Set-up Company.
- Female over 30 yrs.
- Good command of Japanese Business level. (N2 more is better)
Allowances: Commuting allowance, Medical insurance, annual leave after 1 year of starts working
Bonus (in the past): About 1 month
Working time: 8.30- 17.30 or 9.00- 18:00 / Mon to Fri
