Position: Sales Staff
Work Location: Bangchak, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9.00-18.00 Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the food or related field.
- Prior experience in selling to chain restaurants is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, strategic thinking, and proactive business acumen.
- High level of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and perform under pressure.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new potential customers, securing appointments.
- Conduct visits to prospective clients, present products, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, fostering strong customer rapport.
- Process orders received from customers on a daily basis.
- Manage product ordering, focusing on fresh fish via air and potential expansion into other food items.
- Coordinate smooth delivery preparations and execute delivery activities.
- Oversee inventory management and delivery logistics, including consignment work and inventory checks.
- Collect cash payments from customers, including reminders, negotiation, and reconciliation.
- Be available for midnight work to accommodate customer orders.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
