Our client, Japanese Company which is well known for Real Estate Company. They are looking for a Property Developer to join their team in Thailand.
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Provide detailed information and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Property survey and site visit
- To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth executions of the sales & business development objectives
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
- Other duties as assigned
- Male/Female, Age not over 40 years old
- Thai Nationality
- Good command of Japanese and English
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Real Estate, Property
- As a good salesperson, having a drive and strong commitment; like challenging targets
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Pleasant personality, good human relation and a team player
Working hours: Mon – Fri / 9:000 AM. – 06:00 PM.
