Job Description:
- Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
- Develop and improve production processes and machines used in production to increase efficiency
- Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
- Planning and organizing production schedule and line following on client’s enquiry
- Design production control training for team development, action planning and evaluation for all staff in factory
- Design Mid- term and Long-term Company Plan
Requirement:
- Thai Nationality, bachelor's degree
- Male or Female, age over 40 years old.
- Over 10-year management experience for factory which has over 200 staffs
- Has knowledge and experience of production control and able to use excel for work.
- Has knowledge of corporate planning and analyze financial statements
- Excellence communication in Japanese language (JLPT: N2-N1)
- Driving license is a must
