Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the operation and security of all computer, network and other devices
- Provide support and troubleshoot any problems as requested
- Coordinate the assignment and request about e-mail and other systems as assigned
- Maintain and preparation documentations of IT department
- Other assigned bu supervisor
Requirements
- Male or Female age not over 26 years old
- High Vocational -Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- Experience in IT support 1 year at least
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Problem solving skills
