Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for internal IT desktop support.
- Perform daily maintenance and ensure operation of the company’s business applications
- Assist employees in maintaining standard software and server configurations
- Consult with users, diagnose, resolve and log all problems on multiple software or hardware programs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field
- Thai nationality only
- Basic knowledge on hardware, applications, database and networking
- Good problem solving skills
- 2-3 years’ experience as Troubleshoot and solve basic computer and network problems and help-desk.
