Our client is a commercial refrigeration manufacturing now seeking for an ICT Specialist, who can manage all IT system for their manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Based in Phetchaburi and Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager of the Epta Group at the Corporate Headquarter in Italy
- Configuration, installation, maintenance and documentation of LAN / WAN (Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, etc…) and all Hardware/Software used in the Enterprise
- Troubleshooting system and Network problems and diagnosing / solving Hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Taking care/supervising Computer Users
- Contact person/interface between the central ICT Department in Milan and all users in Thailand
- Collaboration with colleagues from other Group companies at an International level
- Ensuring compliance with Group Policies
- Prioritizing and managing open cases
Qualifications:
- Experience in a centrally controlled Plant engineering company with complex and heterogeneous requirements
- Hands-on experience with Office, Windows and Windows Server OS environments
- Hands-on experience with Virtualization environments (VMware)
- Hands-on experience with Software-defines WAN (Riverbed)
- Good understanding of Computer Systems and Network Technology (Cisco)
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Technical issues
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop applications and Help Desk
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Fluency in English
