Our client is a leading global furniture brand for end user (B2C)
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male / Female Age 40 – 48 years old
- Bachelors or master’s degree or related field
- Over 10 years working experience in sales International Business/Brand /Retail (B2C ASEAN market experience)
- Preferable experience in furniture finish products or related industry
- Strategic planning, Goal-oriented, Good personality with excellent communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides overall direction for company, implementing business strategies and plan
- Leads a team by providing clarity of vision: prioritizing resources, facilitating alignment of the team, setting high expectations, inspiring commitment, encouraging mutual support and enabling development opportunities
- Develops and implements multiyear business and profitable growth strategies to deliver increased market share by managing financial performance, assessing economic factors, demographic trends and competitive strategy, enhancing Brand
- Leading team to achieve Sales target and Operating profit required (Overseas market)
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
