Job Descriptions:
- Develops the size of fleet clients
- Monitors competitor’s market price, activities and reports it to the management
- Responsible for fleet sales quota achievement and market shares achievement
- Develops new fleet potential opportunities and improves market shares by contacting government, companies, fleet users and projects in each region
- Coordinates with Sales Team and Technical Team by doing more fleets visit and coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Tire (Truck/Bus) industry
- Has basic Product and Business Process Knowledge on Tires and Automotive
- Has background in key account management, selling, negotiation and sales presentation
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- English proficiency both written and spoken is an advantage
- Possesses own car and can travel up-country independently
