Our Client, a Major International Trading & Distribution Company, is seeking a new member to join their growing team based in Ladkrabang:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports
- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Prepare forecast and annual budget in consultant with related parties
- Oversee all of the day-to-day general operation finance; account payables, receivable and control accounts
- Build financial report to aligned with business strategy/needs
- Provided more added-value commentary
- Enable the process of transaction and closing the books in the most effective manner
- Deal with the technical issues that arise (particularly from Accounting Standards and Tax) in effective manner
- Coordinate and ensure for smooth month- and year-end closing activities
- Implement and maintain all financial controls and systems within the business, identifying and recommending potential operational
- Overall responsibility for the assets and liabilities and in particular the working capital and Debtors Control
- Day to day management and control of cash book (treasury management in cooperation with Corporate Treasury)
- Review and approve all payments, customer credit limit and purchase order according to limit authorization by corporate and local policy
- Improvement of efficiency of administration (total cost control) and introduce best practice solutions
- Ensure full compliance with all rules and regulation which required by laws
Qualifications and Requirements
- Thai Nationality, age 30+
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Minimum 10 yrs experience in a Trading or Distribution Company (Costing, Budgeting, Financial Analyst) in a European or US Company
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in Management level
- Very good at using SAP (FICO) Program
- Experience working with Accounting standards IFRS, GAAP and TFRS.
- Good command of English
