  • Take charge of Store Management of Assigned Brands on E-commerce Marketplaces. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.
  • Create, plan and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of actions for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Manage Customer Service chat platforms to ensure Excellent Customer Experience of the Assigned Brands. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on marketplaces.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure Inventory are Inbounded and Orders are Shipped-On-Time.
  • Providing Onboarding to Assigned Brands on Marketplaces, Product Listing and Campaign Registration.
  • Monitor and Analyze competitor product sales to provide insights to Brand Owners for them to make effective business decisions.
  • Review and align current strategic plans with Brand Owners, develop resource allocation plans and implement a targeted strategy according to requirements.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of the marketplace launch.
  • Ensure Assigned Brands are performing above marketplace KPIs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by top Management.
