Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or any other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing, digital media, Video and photo experience (creation and editing) a major plus
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated and demonstrate an understanding of content delivery best practices.
Job Overview
- Manage content calendar: Executing communication strategy by coordinating with local teams for translations of posts, developing optimized publishing plan.
- Community management: Coordinate with Company experts to respond to queries and proactively driving conversations.
- Creation, monitoring and enhancements to advertising of selected events on Facebook to increase attendance.
- Participating in relevant, third party farming groups / forums. Similarly, training local Company teams on same process and setting targets for the team.
- Updating website content (using Company's website CMS - no coding experience required)
- Monthly reporting on outreach, queries and trends and actionable feedback for improvements.
- Occasional content creation, under advice from Digital Content Manager
