Job Description
- Manage legal Affairs and Compliance tasks serving to domestic and Oversea Affiliates.
- Establish contract management system , review and set standard for contract.
- Legal Compliance operation , monitor and audit
- Investigate and provide solution legal issues.
Qualification
- Age over 30-40 years old.
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in a Legal
- Over 5 years’ experience in Legal & Compliance
- Fluent in English
- Computer Literacy in MS Office.
