Our client is a Japanese construction company. They are looking for experience as Civil Manager to support their team.
Position: Civil Manager
Location: Bangkok
Working time: Mon-Sat: 08.00 - 17.00
Type of job: Permanent
Total salary: 50,000 - 70,000 THB
Responsibilities:
- Design structure calculation, also supervise installation/site factory, building, storage
- Preparing the price, QTY of use, and making the quotation that sent to the client
- Monitor & recheck with another engineering, supplier, out-sourcing, and contract to sub-contractor
- Co-operate with design civil engineer team & mechanical team and project engineer
- Co-operate with machine maker and supplier
- Monitor and control work to meet company policy and legal standards
- Audit work after starting and finishing
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality Only, age upper 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Civil Engineer
- At least 10 years experience as Civil work in Food industrial/frozen storage or related filed
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Utility
- Good command of English
- Super work hard
- AutoCAD / Sketch up / Solid work
- Able to work upcountry
- Must have Engineer license level 2
- Must have car driving license
