Job Responsibilities:
- Determining the best of conceptual of visual representative of campaign
- Determining the design elements to apply for campaign e.g. photos, art
- Providing art direction of overall an advertising campaign in public both online and offline
- Reviewing and approval for designs and artworks
- Providing creative presentation and developing the artistic approach / style as per clients' comments and suggestions
- Developing and monitoring timelines and budgeting details
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 27-33 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3 - 8 years of direct experience
- A true artist with excellent communication skill
- Able to work as a team and under pressure, delivering the best output professionally
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required), Premier Pro, After Effect and other Video editing tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a Beauty Retailer, Cosmetics Brand or Branding agency is a plus
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, excellence-oriented and good time & resource management
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good attitude, good teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Thinking out of the box, good presentation skill, creative & innovative thinking and energetic with can-do attitude.
- Ability to drive collaborative workflow and lead brainstorming process
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- 1st year contract after evaluation permanent
