Our client is one of international cosmetics and Skincare Company selling direct in more than 60 countries worldwide. They are looking for candidates who has experience in direct selling, solid sales skill, sales focused and able to travel upcountry.
- Achieve monthly/yearly targets
- Develop new leaders and pursue that each leader assigned to his/her account is developed through the path to success and the Success Plan Career Ladder.
- Act as an expert adviser/partner in the business who can guide, establish and evaluate the leaders associated with his/her branches.
- Initiate idea and strategy to director to develop business and to improve sales volume, productivity and process
- Other as required
- Sales Focused, leadership skills and team player
- Excellent presentation skill, interpersonal skill, flexible
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales or related field sales management
- Preferably from Cosmetics, Service/Hospitality industry
- Experience in Direct Selling or MLM Direct Sales or B2C experience would be an added advantage
- Thai nationality only
