RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and oversee the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
-Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
Conduct financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Reporting:
-Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
-Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
-Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-Develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate and support both internal and external audits.
-Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Implement strategies to optimize cash resources and reduce financial risks.
-Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required tax filings.
-Evaluate and implement financial systems and technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial technology.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
-Proven experience in accounting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices.
-Strong management skills, with the ability to efficiently oversee and organize accounting processes while ensuring effective self-management.
-Previous experience in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage a team of subordinates effectively.
-Ability to handle and manage pressure effectively, while maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues.
-Exceptional adaptability, capable of navigating and resolving various situations with a positive and proactive approach.
-(CPD) license is highly desirable and will be given special consideration
