Our client is global manufacturer based in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong.
Take responsibility on preparation material, machine, manpower and control painting system by following production plan in order to produce quality product and on time preparation for painting.
• Preparing manpower and raw material
• Planning for operation / spray related to operation plan
• Checking and preparing machine
Paint control
• Monitoring painting process
• Checking painting process
• Solving painting problem
• Controlling product delivery
• Training and advising painting accuracy
General management
• Monitoring quality system
• Training/ Human resource management
• Participation with company assignment and activities
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree - Engineering preferred
- At least 1 years experience in controlling and painting
- English basic knowledge
Preferred attributes:
- Experience in Process and painting and color qualification knowledge
- Able to use Machine, global standard measurement and another measurement
- Demonstrate a flexible and “can do” attitude
- Able to Be able to work in shift
- Demonstrated People Management skills
- Able to meet deadlines plan and organise work priorities
- Demonstrated PC Skills ( MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases)
