Responsibilities:
- Manage and control to ensure the production of assembly section for achieve target.
- Establish resource requirements to meet production targets.
- Maintain the production targets of quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and delivery.
- Improve production performance KPI and control cost of production.
- To ensure the participation of all sub-ordinates in the company’s quality concern and problem solving strategies.
- To operate and enforce the Productive Process, including 5S, Kaizen, etc.
- Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business.
- Maintain all working standards such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO2200 GMP HACCP and Kaizen activity.
Qualifications:
- Male 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 year experience in Production fields and strong in manpower management.
- Can communicate in Japanese or English will be highly considerate.
