Job Description:
- Monitor the updated laws and regulations in Thailand, Singapore and others
- Review and draft contract, agreement and legal document in English and Thai
- Prepare and approve legal document to ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Manage risk analysis and solution to support domestic and international company branches
- Coordinate with HQ related international compliance and laws
- Be able to travel in other countries
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Over 5 years’ work experience
- Have lawyer license
- Good command of English
- Be able to travel oversea
