Our client is a very famous in Food Ingredients Company, now looking for candidate who have experience in HR field to join with them.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and control compensation and benefit
- Handle and provide Performance evaluations system
- Handle company new employee recruitment
- Give an advice about policies, training, benefit and other things related to Human Resource
- Resolve Human Resource related problem in Organization
Qualifications: - Thai nationality, Male or female, 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Have experience in compensation system, evaluation system, Recruiting at least 5 years
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Can communicate in English
