Our client is first tier Japanese Automotive Manufacturing who is located at Pluakdaeng, Rayong.
We are now looking for potential candidate of General Manager (Japanese Speaking).
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities for Production division including Production Dept. and Production Planning Dept.
- Management and follow up in each department to achieve the company policy. Such as Safety, Quality, Delivery Productivity and Cost target.
- Control Production division budgets and costing.
- Review production process improvement, Investment plan and Cost reduction plan.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Daily management with each manager to ensure that all of plant operators and staff compliance with the factory basic regulations and rule.
Qualifications:
- Male, age over 40-48 years old.
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
- At least 10 years in Production management with Automotive manufacturing, preferred candidate from Japanese company.
- Strong knowledgeable of TPS.
- Good communication in English and Japanese would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
- Able to start working within 2017.
Allowance: provided bonus 4 months as average
