Our client, Leading and well known Hospitality Service Company, is seeking for Finance Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly closing - ensure the correct cost/accrual/ CWIP booking within the period of receipt/ completion
- Asset Capitalization – ensure all costs have been properly capitalized/ expensed and supporting documents are on file
- Capex and Cost Tracking – perform the regular/monthly cost and capex forecast and analysis to ensure the spending is as per budget
Qualification:
- Male / female, 35 - 50 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Over 5 year(s) experience in accounting field.
- Good command of English and Computer Skill.
