Job Responsibilities
• Manage and implement online campaign efforts across multiple platforms in order to drive traffic and sales revenue
• Co-ordinate merchandising of online product range, stock management and optimization
• Content upload including new product pictures, write compelling product descriptions and related product content
• Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders
• Track & review performance of online sales and generating of sales reports for The Management
• Use analytics tools and internal reports to analyze customers’ demographics and buying behaviour for optimizing future campaigns to improve online sales/ conversion.
• Ensure all communications are in line with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Manage customer feedback & maintain a high level of customers ‘satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
