Position: Senior Sales Engineer (Bakery Process Machine)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales target successfully by selling required products to customers.
- Develop sales opportunities with prospective customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers under guidance.
- Execute actionable plan to identify and develop high potential customers and follow up skillfully by understanding market trends and expand the business by introducing new applications to customers.
- Visit customer sites and confidently provide technical presentations to individuals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities by effectively communicate internally.
- Collect market trends actively and report timely to superiors and peers for further decision making.
- Handle customer complaints promptly to the mutual satisfaction of customer.
- Prepare and submit regular reports and correspondence as needed on time for management decision.
- Prepare quotes and technical literature to support proposals.
- Attend trade shows or seminars to promote products and continuously learn about industry development
- Handles other tasks that may be assigned by Management.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years up in sales experience of bakery business / Bakery processing machinery business.
- Strong in connection with customer in Bakery business and have on hand is prefer.
- Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Experience of handling commercial activities, as compiling contracts and agreements.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A clear thinker with the ability to convince with facts and passion for the product with high self-motivation.
- Customer-oriented, flexible, and collaborative personality with global working experience.
- Excellent English skills. Preferable TOEIC scores at least 700
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications with the advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
